At LIONS ACADEMY FOR TRAINING L.L.C, we strive to ensure that all products delivered to our customers meet quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following condition:

  • The customer has received a damaged product.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof of damage (clear photos/videos) must be shared via WhatsApp or email

Return Process

  1. Customer must contact us at:
  2. Share order details and proof of damage
  3. Our team will review the request
  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared

Refund Method

  • Approved returns will be processed as store credit only
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases
  • No cash refunds will be provided

Processing Time

  • Store credit will be issued within 7–14 working days after approval
